lovely location with great charm
The double room with canal view had a beautiful sight of the Grand Canal. The air conditioning worked well, and the private bathroom was clean with free toiletries. Breakfast was decent with a nice selection of pastries and juices. The old-world charm added to the Venetian experience, making it feel unique.

Consider storing valuables in the safe provided at reception, as security appears lacking in guest rooms.

More pros than cons, but still…
Location is fantastic, just minutes from transport and vibrant bars! The Venetian decor adds charm, making for a cozy atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the lack of elevator makes luggage a hassle, and air conditioning wasn't effective enough for the heat.

Great Location but Needs TLC
Our stay was highlighted by the fantastic canal view from our room, which truly captured the charm of Venice. While the room itself was equipped with air conditioning, it struggled to keep cool during the hot summer days and showed signs of neglect with some mold in the bathroom. The breakfast provided a decent selection, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit chaotic and could benefit from better organization.

Oh, the homemade cakes at breakfast were a delightful treat! Just steps away, I found hidden gems like Ristorante Pizzeria Al Bacco Felice and Bacareto Da Lele, serving up some tasty local vibes. Also, the dining setup was a cozy chat over coffee, perfect for unwinding amidst Venice's hustle!
But, I won't sugarcoat it, the room was boiling hot with broken A/C and ants marching like they owned the place. Plus, navigating a strange shower angle was like every awkward bath scene in a bad movie!

I stayed for a night and was surprised by the excellent location near the Grand Canal. The room was fairly clean, and I enjoyed the view from the window. The staff stored my luggage while I waited for check-in, which made things easy. As a single traveler, I appreciated the convenience as I wandered through the area.
However, I found the lack of an elevator inconvenient, especially with luggage. The hallways could use a refresh, and I noticed some cleanliness issues during my stay.

More accessibility features for seniors would be helpful.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring, especially near the Port and Fondamenta Nuove. The room offered a lovely view and was quite cozy for our group. Just a heads up, expect some stairs as there's no elevator, but it's totally manageable. Would definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
